Deposit and Payment Policy

  • Booking Deposit: A deposit equal to the first night's stay plus applicable taxes is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For your convenience, the credit card on file will automatically be charged.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 5 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 6 Days or More in Advance: Cancellations made at least 6 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the initial deposit.
  • Cancellation 5 Days or Less in Advance: Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to check-in are non-refundable. All payments made will be forfeited, including last-minute bookings.

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    These times are firm to allow for thorough cleaning. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee; please inquire in advance.

Age Restrictions

This is an adults-only hotel. All registered guests must be 16 years of age or older at the time of check-in.

Pet Policy

We maintain a strict no-pet policy to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests.

  • Service Animals: Guests with trained service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are welcome. Please notify us when booking.
  • Bringing an unauthorized animal will result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund and an additional cleaning fee of $500.

Parking Policy

One (1) complimentary, designated parking space is provided per reservation, limited to standard passenger vehicles only. Parking is strictly confined to this single space.

Common Spaces

Please be respectful of fellow guests by keeping shared common areas clear of personal items overnight.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Smoking Policy

The property is entirely smoke-free and vape-free. Smoking or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.) is prohibited on the property, including indoor spaces, porches, balconies, and yards. Violations will incur a $500 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal.

Group/Event Policy

Organized group events or retreats require booking the entire property (Whole-Property Buyout). This ensures exclusive use and privacy for your group without disturbing other guests.
